3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 maupie (923) - Roosendaal, NETHERLANDS - MAR 26, 2005
This beer has a gold/yellow body - hue apperance and a coarse light brown scum collar. I have drunk the beer from the bottle and it had a lot of carbonic acid. The initial flavor taste is moutig with a little bit bitter afther tast.

3.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20 thedm (4772) - Fort Wayne, USA - OCT 15, 2004
UPDATED: OCT 16, 2004 The DM & Hotstuff’s European Honeymoon trip beer number 103. This draft brew poured a small head of foamy mostly lasting white colored bubbles that left behind a good lacing. The body contained no carbonation, was transparent and yellow in color. Its aroma contained notes of mild malt and hops. Its mouth feel is tingly and hoppy with a smooth finish. Its flavor contained medium malty strong hoppy notes especially for a pils.
2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20 JorisPPattyn (7298) - Antwerpen, BELGIUM - AUG 31, 2004
Pale copper-tinted gold; creamy off-white head. Vanilla, grain, wet cardboard nose. Fine initial bitterness, seamlessly going over in a sweet maltiness, crisp, cornflakes-like, without completely disappearing. Light MF, some filling which again reminds me of maize. Bitterness gives some refreshing quality. Not bad as pilseners go. But still very much a Dutch pilsener.

UPDATED: DEC 5, 2003 Draught in Amsterdam. Another very nice Dutch pilsener. Slightly drier than Brand, and thus ever so slightly inferior. Nonetheless very efficient and drinkable.
2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20 noheinie4u (37) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - JUL 24, 2003
Decent beer... bitter, but drinkable... one of those to enjoy in the pub, but not to necessarily go out for...
1.5 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 5/20 Hildigöltur (5106) - København, DENMARK - MAR 7, 2003
Very strange but funny aroma of canned tuna fish. The flavour is bland and watery.
1 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 1/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 4/20 Mads Langtved (2246) - Copenhagen K, DENMARK - MAR 7, 2003
Banana aroma. Like a Dansih discount beer. Like Vestfyen pilsener. Funny how a breery from Fyn can have the same taste as a brewery in Belgium 1000 km. away.
2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20 bierkoning (8944) - La Tropica, NETHERLANDS - JAN 12, 2003
Can. Hoippy, almost metallic aroma. Slight hoppiness in the flavor, that is dominated by an orange fruitiness.
2.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20 jerohen (1862) - Bussum, NETHERLANDS - NOV 9, 2002
UPDATED: MAR 1, 2003 Bitterness is dominant in this one, and it takes a few sips to get used to it. Decent pilsener.
