Ungstrup (11713), Frederiksberg, Denmark Mar 14, 2004 Updated: Sep 20, 2004[Draft] A clear red beer with a fine (too big) pink head. The aroma is very sweet of cherries, and so is the flavor, which mixes in notes from wood. The body is thin and the beer is boring. [Bottle 3/2/4/3/6] Papsoe (11076), Frederiksberg, Denmark Jun 29, 2006 (Bottle 33 cl) Clear, reddish colour with a creamy head that has a vague pinkish touch. Distinct cherry aroma. Rather light body, very sweet and syrupy. Distinct - but also rather artificial - cherry flavour. Drinkable though. 290606 omhper (10950), Stockholm, Sweden Oct 13, 2003 Updated: Oct 27, 2003Sampled draught at Stockholm Beer Festival.
Reddish brown. Sweet and balsamic. Rounded light mouthfeel. Rich flavour from acidic cherries. Enjoyable, but not overly complex. yespr (7831), Copenhagen O, Denmark Mar 9, 2008 ZBF2008: From tap. Pours clear red and with a lacing pink head. Dry, sweet cherry aroma. Seems simple sweet - no sulphor notes. Sweet light almond like base to a distinct artificial flavour. Ends with a sweet and quite artificial cherry flavoured. oh6gdx (6460), Vaasa, Finland Apr 25, 2008 Bottled. Hazy red colour with pink mediumsized bubbly head, which disappears quite fast. Aroma is sweet cherry with mild nuttyness and cardboard. Flavour is quite much the same, with the cardboard being even more evident than in the aroma.
