Ingredients: Malted barley; wheat (40%); coriander; bitter orange peel; sugar; hops; yeast.
Blanche de Bruxelles owes its natural cloudiness to the large percentage (40 %) of wheat that goes into its composition. The natural spice aromas of coriander and bitter orange peels are added during the brewing process. The brewing method, which includes infusion, is very slow. The beer, which is not filtered, is bottled and refermented with yeast and brewing sugar. You need only take a sip of this delicious drink to appreciate the fresh and mellow flavour with its hint of orange. It is really not like any other beer. Always served chiled, between 3°C and 6°C.

Poured from tap to glass. Hazy light straw hue with white head that lingered in a thin layer. Aroma is clean, pear, sweet apple, straw. Mouthfeel is very refreshing with a medium light body and moderate carbonation. Taste is dry throughout with a lightly sweet following and clean finish. Overall this was a nice, clean brew that would appeal to a very broad spectrum of beer drinkers. It was nothing spectacular, but not offending in any way.

Clear pale golden color, fast disappearing white head - Aroma is fruity (orange ), spicy (coriander ), yeasty (banana and bread), wheat - flavor of wheat , coriander, orange peal - light body, fizzy carbonation, creamy, Orange peal wheat finish - decent but not really exciting

Citroen gele kleur met een volle kraag. Iets troebel. Ruikt mout en beetje mug. Iets citrus. Smaakt fris, citrus iets kunstmatig zoet. Dun van smaak.

Pours a yellow slightly unclear beer with a good white head. Smells malts and lemon. Tastes watery, soap, lemon amd malts. Almost no carbo, thin body and a watery texture.

Pours a really pale yellow and hazy, almost too white. Nose is of coriander and offers some interesting citrusy/oranges notes. Taste is not sweet at all and has a light wheat tartness to it. Light flavors of fresh wheat but it is mostly playing on the oranges and spices side again. Body is critically low, mouthfeel not far from watery. Refreshing but not really outstanding.

33cl butelka. Jasny cytrynowy kolor i śnieżnobiałą, sporą pianą. Już z wyglądu wiadomo, że to Witbier. Z zapachu piwo jest ziarniste, cytrynowe i drożdżowe. Smak orzeźwiający i raczej wytrawny o mocnych nutach drożdżowych i cytrusowych. Dobrze gazowane i łatwe w piciu. Na lato świetne ale bardziej jako orzeźwienie niż jakaś fajna przygoda z piwem.

After just drinking a nother witbier before this, this brew tastes much fresher. Had out of a can, so maybe it’s just better preserved. Fantastic aroma directly when poured of honey, bananas, wheat, and spice. Cloudy pale straw color. Medium low body with moderately low carbonation. Flavors of yeast, wheat, and light fruit dominate. Wet palate that finishes kind of musty with esters and corn adjunct flavors.

I had this at Flying Saucer. Pours hazy light yellow with a white head. Taste citrus, light, grassy. I thought this was good. I would drink this again. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
