2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
(Actually found it under the new/alternative name of Floreffe Witbier / draught)
Full hazy yellow with greenish shine, very slim white head. Nose with a bit of spices, coriander. Very perfumed taste, coriander, but also rosewater or lavender. Virtually no citrus notes. Velvety, soapy mouthfeel. Light bodied, wheat prevents it from getting thin. Well, yeah. I just don't fancy Belgian wit - and the spicier, the worse for me.

Pleasant but not fantastic.

2.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Dosn't look good, pale and absolute no head. Fine aroma, coriander and a bit citrus. Flavor to weak and it feels to watery.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Slightly hazy light yellow color, short but lasting head. Aroma is spicy, citrus and yeasty, coriander and peppery. It is very obvious a Wallonian belgian white, which are a lot more spicy than the Flemish ones, which are more refreshing citrus-like.

3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottled: Unclear pale yellow. White quickly diminishing head. Aroma is vague yasty and citrusy. Flavour is a little thin and watery. Vague notes of citrus and spices. Dies quickly on the palate.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Large white head that diminishes too fast... Unclear straw-yellow colour. Wheaty, citrus/acidic aroma with notes of spice. Sweet and acidic taste - a little boring. Medium body.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
UPDATED: JAN 19, 2004 Hazy pale yellow color like a field of wheat in a windy sunny day, the head is very white, but doesnt stay for so long. It smells lemon, orange and perhaps peaches. The taste couldn't really be more refreshing, fabulous summer beer with coriander notes. Very underrated in my opinion, it seems like people are corrupted to strong beers here.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Very pale beer with a white forthy head and a pleasant lightly lemon aroma. The flavour is slightly bitter, watery and refreshing. Overall a good wheat beer, refreshing indeed.
