Golden color with a white head. The taste is sweet with fruity and strong yeasty notes. Finishes with light citrus flavours.

Bottled 33cl (BB 12/2006)
Golden color with small white head. Sweet corn and malt aroma with hints of hops. Malty with a good amount of sweetness with some yeasts and maybe hints of coriander too. Lacks typical Belgium blonde bitterness. Quite easy to drink, refreshing brew but also quite plain.

At the Kulminator in Antwerp. Nice cloudy yellow-orange beer with fine creamy head. Mild aroma’s in the nose with hints of buttercakes, milkbread, apricot-jam, orangepeel, sugar and some soft spices. very smooth taste with some fruityness and touch of sweet cakes. In the afthertaste a slight bitter accent.

Pours a fluffy snow white head on a golden body. Typical Blonde aroma of yeast, little citrus, straw, light malt and fruit. Flavor is fresh and fruity but has a not so pleasant harsh yeasty finish. Not bad, just not very interesting.

UPDATED: JUL 19, 2011 Quite aged sample Huge, superbly dense & stable white head; (cold) hazy orange beer, very carbonated. Rather neutral, bit of orange peel, and much white candi sugar. Iron in the head! Very fruity taste, (very) sweet grapefruit, and a bit buttery. Quite sweet finish. Dry & creamy, slick MF, medium bodied. Quite sweet, sugared blonde. Not exactly my favourite.
Retried young as Cuvée Saint-Roch </br> Huge, very dens & fin e yellowish head, stable and leaving lace over metallic orange-copperish beer, faintly veiled. 4/5 Very caramelly nose, vanilla and raspberry yoghurt or yoghurt icecream, milky. 6/10 Caramel, bitter almonds, and again a milky, yoghurt-like touch. The bitter almonds just clash with the other flavours, making it fairly unbalanced. Long, sweet finish petering out. 5/10 Creamy texture; light, almost watery body. 3/5 Hum. Certainly not better than the aged version. 11/20

Sampled draught at Man in the Moon, Stockholm.
Pale amber, small creamy head. Perfumy malt aroma. Fairly sweet with note of raisins and vinous malt flavour. Some grassy hiops in the finish.

UPDATED: DEC 5, 2004 A light and very drinkable brew, but definitely best on tap. Slightly spicy aroma and flavor, and, apparently, girls love it. My favorite Floreffe along with the Brune.
