Clear, deep golden colour. Cookie malty aroma, along with good fruitiness. Light choriander underneath. Chewy mouthfeel, low on almond paste. Pretty clean, without flaws. Medium bodied.

Apr 17, 2008 Draft from Brasserie des Chauffers in Nice, France. It was a hazy yellow w/ a fluffy white head. Very floral nose, mixed with some citrus, and sweet fruit. Flavor was a nice caramel, malty, yeasty flavor mixed with the bitterness and citrus of say...a pilsner. Great mixture of the two flavors! Medium bodied, mild carbonation, with a bit of a metallic finish. Very tasty beer...

Apr 11, 2008 Bottled. Hazy dark golden with a rich fluffy white foam. Banana, cloves, bubblegum, cumin, yeast and lemon-peels in the aroma. Sweet and yeasty flavour of oranges, vanilla and spunned sugar. Yeasty finish of white bread, dried oranges and mild herbal hops.
