Bottle - Moderat malty aroma. Large, frothy, white head. Good lacing. Clear yellow body. Light sweet flavor. Medium palate.

Abbaye reconnue ?? oui, d’accord !! Bière blonde de 6,3 % abv. Mon exemplaire était à 16 mois en plus que sa date. Couleur blond doré soutenu, à la clarté nette. Bulles fines par milliers, partout, bien vives. Mousse blanche, bien crémeuse, stable à 4 mm. Arômes de blé, malt grillé, prune blanche, houblon amer, mie de pain. 1ère bouche soyeuse à veloutée, sur un malt mêlé de riz et amandes. Arrière-bouche assez courte, un peu métallique. 2ème à la texture correcte, pomme, poire et .. métal blanc. Arrière-bouche pas du tout harmonieuse, malgré quelques noisettes. 3ème avec des céréales mouillées, vin blanc de table. Arrière-bouche sans relief, triste. Longueur qui s’éteint complètement, faible , nombreuses fautes de goût. Jambes fines, serrées. Levure sans nuance, ligne très faible. Alcool banal, il ne tient rien sur la longueur. Finale plus que décevante... CONCLUSION : une bière qui se limite à un nez correct, un beau visuel et une belle texture. En dehors de cela, rien … Pour une bière d’abbaye, c’est inadmissible ...

33cl bottle. Clear golden colour with a nice white head. Medium retention. Dates, caramel and malts in the aroma. Average carbonation and medium to light body. Taste is medium sweet with some dry bitterness towards the finish. Overall, a bit dull but drinkable beer.

Floreffe Blond es una cerveza de Abadía, de alta fermentación, de color rubio, ligeramente nublado, con espuma blanca y amplia pero de duración media baja, con un 6,3% de alcohol en volumen; su aroma, inimitable, con notas a malta, lúpulo y floral; su sabor es afrutado guardando un perfecto equilibrio con el dulzor del azúcar de caramelo y especias; su final es levemente amargo.

Light bitterness. Light malty sweetness, honey. Light floral. Dry finish. Mouthfeel: Medium body. Medium carbonation. Light warming.
