Unfortunately I had this in a Swedish restaurant, they keeps it at a temperature arund 5-6 degree Celius and they poors in very gently down the side of the glass, so I only got a glimps of its good side when I almost had emptied the glass :(

The aroma was sweet and yeasty with a touch of citrus
Pours a nice golden hazy amber lots of nice white head and good lacing
The taste was crisp and sweet fruits and honey I wish we could get this here in Ontario
Looking forward to trying the tripel

Nov 20, 2008 pretty boring blonde ale. very light aroma of yeast, touches of citrus, and some booze. The flavor is.......bah, this is ust boring, not very interesting at all.

Oct 22, 2008 Bottle with the little boy pissing! Clear golden color with a thin head. Some particles floating in it. Mild aroma, hints of orange, corinderm yeast and soft spices. Flavor is fresh and fruity but has a not so pleasant harsh yeasty finish. Not bad, just not very interesting.
