330ml bottle pours a dark brown amber color with a 2 finger off-white head that leaves some spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma is dark fruits and anise. Taste is a dark fruity and malty sweetness with a herbal hop bitterness. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. A nicely done dubbel that will provide a great tasting experience.

Opaque dark brown with an ample off-white head. Really strong, rich and complex aroma. Ripe fruit, anice and butterscotch. Beginning is mildly sweet, giving way to a burnt toffee (candi sugar), bubblegum and mild necco wafer (anice) flavor. Finish is dry yeast and some roasted malt. Medium bodied with sharp feeling, mild carbonation. Overall, a nice, complex dubbel with a really outstanding aroma. Probably one of my favorite dubbels to date.

Nice colour and head, but not that much aroma. Taste is nice but not that special, a but one dimensional.

Bottle. Brown, clear with medium head. Intense aroma, mostly anise and caramel. Medium sweetness, too much anise in flavor. Beer is quite one-dimensional, anise everywhere.

Bottle. Blackish brown beer with a bubbly head. The aroma is lightly malty, and the flavour is gently malty and roasted with something aniseedy about it. Overall an average Belgian dubbel. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Cervesa molt torrada, té tocs dolços però predominen els cafès. Cerveza muy tostada, tiene toques dulces pero predominan los cafés.

Bottled. Dark brown color with medium head. Aroma of roasted coffee and dried fruits. Taste with nice bitter accent. Not bad.
