(33cl bottle) Medium brown head atop a clear dark brown body. Aroma is medium sweet, raisin/prune, caramel, sugar, light roast. Taste is moderately sweet, raisin, caramel, light chocolate, soy, metallic, seltzer. Effervescent medium body.

Aug 19, 2008 Bottle. Murky brown colour, beige head. Aroma of roasted malts, chocolate, caramel. Flavour is sweet and dry roasted malts, some chocolate, a hint of dark fruits. Slightly dry finish. A very nice dubbel.

Aug 4, 2008 Bottle. Large beige creamy head that mostly lasted. Good display of lacework. Dark cola like color. (it was compared with a cola). Aroma was quit lovely with notes of fruit, caramelized, yeast, hint of sweet liquorish, mild toasted malt and what could appear as sweet chocolate. Medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Moderated sweet flavor. Lingering sweet fruity caramelized finish.
