Jul 14, 2008 Had at Cafe Gollem in amsterdam on 6/18. Pours dark caramel brown with a tan head. Aroma of dark fruits, caramel malts, and wine. taste is similar with candies sugar sweetness more prounounced. Very nice beer.

Deep red body if held to light with good tan head. Good lacing lft on glass. Sweet blackcherry licorice flavor with a thicker body texture. Sweetness lingers on the palate, decent brew pick up on the Texas trip.
