Jul 15, 2008 Beautiful creamy head that’s not too dense. Tight bubbles, lots of them. Aroma of spice and yeast. The color is golden yellow-brown that’s quite clear for a Triple. Beautiful full body with malt, yeast, and a definite hop finish. Not that spicy, malt predominates with a slight caramel flavor and a moderate sweetness. Not as fruity as many Belgian Triples, but still an interesting ale. A good beginner Triple, perhaps. Good job.

Jul 13, 2008 Bottle at Århus Ølfestival 2008. Pours clear golden with a small white head, Aroma of citrus, yeast, pear- Light fizzy creamy body. Flavour is slightly tart, citrus, nice yast and very well balanced.

Jul 13, 2008 Bottle. Quite fruity and sweet, light yeasty. Large white creamy head, cloudy orange body. Moderate sweet, light acidic, medium duration. Medium body, dry and sparkling texture, lively carbonation; light alcoholic finish. Very nice Triple.

Jul 2, 2008 11.2 oz bottle poured into tulip- poured severly hazy light burnt with brown hints orange color, low-medium carbonation, wisps of white clumps on the surface for a head. Aroma of earth, yeast, spice, and citrus. Hits the mouth with a medium body, an almost allspice sensation hits the tongue and is very enjoyable, various fruits in the middle, brown sugar like finish.
