Sweet and fruity with a dry and slightly bitter finish. A head was not creamy just big bubbles. Full bodies with oily texture. Palate is dominated by Belgian yeasts and fruity plus herby tones. B@H.

Butelka z patentowym zamknieciem :) warka do 27.08.2016. Bardzo wysoka, biala piana, opadajaca mydlanie do korzuszka milimetrowego. Lekko metne, miodowo-bursztynowe. Aromat triplowy - mocna przyprawowosc fenolowa (pieprz? galka muszkatulowa?) ,estry owocowe w strone pomaranczy, cytryny nawet. Brak jakichs slodkich aromatow, moze z wyjatkiem sladu karmelu. po lekkim ogrzaniu stajnne zapaszki w tle. i faktycznie - w smaku sie to potwierdza - kwaskowaty, smaki z aromatu zdublowane. Niezbyt to wszystko zlozone, ale mile. srednie wysycenie, stosunkowo malo ciala. odswiezajacy, fajny

Bottle. Pours cloudy amber with airy but stable off-white head. Clear aroma of caramel malt, yeast and friuit, with some notes of hops. Sweet flavour of caramel malt, honey, fruit and yeast, with bitter, hoppy notes and touches of citrus. Discernible alcohol presence. Bitterish and estery aftertaste. Nice but more like a BSA than a Tripel.

Bottle, 8%. Metallic aroma at first. Also dark, overripe fruit. Muddy grey/amber colour. Big stable rocky white head. The flavour is caramelly with a touch of old yeast. Quite bready, but old-tasting. OK floral aroma hop notes in the flavour as well. The yeast suits the aftertaste better but is not entirely pleasant. Good cleansing bitterness, but on the whole a sweetish and yeasty beer. More caramelly than expected of a tripel.

Très bonne triple, ambré tenu, belle rondeur en bouche et très goûteuse, sans être lourde. Bouteille 33cl bue au bar Le Falstaff, Paris, France, le 14/09/2014.

Bottle. Pours amber with nice head. Slightly sweet aroma. Taste of yellow fruits and a bit of caramel and cereal. A bit too tame; taste is not very well established and finish is disapointingly quasi absent.

Clear amber colored beer. It has a thick layer of white foam. The beer is nice and sweet, no trace of bitterness. The finish is slightly abrupt.

Stereotypical abbey tripel with peach blonde, hazy robe and stable, yellowish white head. Fruity (pineapple, mango, apple), caramelly, a bit bready, sugary, iron as well; sweetish with sourish hint, somewhat thin body, bit phenolic finish (plastic) with grassy hop bitterishness and not well hidden alcohol. Forgettable example of an otherwise much-beloved style.

Reviewed on 02/09/14. Bottle, 330ml. A dark orange beer with huge white head. Aroma is of spices, caramel, some roasted malt and alcohol. Taste is bitter, especially at the end. Strong alcoholic finish. Maybe too strong? Faint carbonation and considerable astringency. Heavy roasted character.

Silty sour yeasty and malty aroma. Amber red dark. Foamy white head. Bread and sweet malty flavour. Lots of sugar and caramel flavours. Yeasty aftertaste with some spiceu edge.
