| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | Sep 5, 2007 Blanche De Bruxelles: The aroma hints at coriander and orange but they are light. There is wheat and yeast however. The appearance is slightly hazy gold with an average head. The flavor is like the aroma with more citrus and coriander. The palate is thin. Overall it’s very drinkable but nothing out of the ordinary. vyvvy (2069), Hazelwood, Missouri, USA
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Sep 2, 2007 Once again I’m not understanding low ratings for this style. Pours cloudy yellow with a good thick white head. The aroma is sweeter than normal for th style with lots of smooth orange, sweet wheat malt and a faint hint of coriander. Medium body that is very soft on the palate with light frothy carbonation. The taste is like the aroma, still much sweeter than normal for the style with some orange juice characteristics. the finish has a bit of coriander, pepper, some honeydew and light sourness. A quality wit beer. 5000 (2900), Hardened Liver, Washington, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Sep 2, 2007 Bottle: Very pale straw, nearly white, fairly hazy, large pancake batter like head, decent lacing.   Soapy nose, a little muted
and musty.   Soft citrus flavors, a little too soft.   Either that, or its not spiced enough.   Mealy cereal on the tongue, very
light citrus and spiced aspect.   Just isn’t all that bright, very muted and dull.   The citrusy aspect seems okay, but otherwise
its quite boring.   Body and mouthfeel are average.   Finishes very mealy, dull, and uninteresting.   Just not spiced enough to
capture me.

| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Sep 2, 2007 Blanche De Bruxelles. Pour is a cloudy yellow with a average white head. Aroma is very much corriander and spice. Flavor is a bit weak with some vanilla and yeast but nothing to make this one to find. Decent enough to drink on a nice warm sunny day but nothing to make this one a example of the style. themightyomega (82), New York, USA

Pours hazy yellow with fluffy white head. Very strong aroma of citrus. Flavor was very strong of oranges, very sweet, no bitterness, not much beyond the oragne/citrus flavors. Very refreshing, however. Nice on a hot summer day. I’d drink it again, if I remembered where I got it in the first place!

| 1.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 1/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 5/20 | Aug 22, 2007 Hazy pale yellow white brew. Frothy head. Malty dirty socks and gumballs aroma. Interesting. Wow, taste like lemon water. I was expecting more looking at the price for this bottle but I guess it all goes for gas costs. Super citrus lemony. Kinz (2221), Glen Allen, Virginia, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 5/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Aug 21, 2007 Blanche de Bruxelles bottling. Pale cloudy yellow, nice head, solid wit appearance. Aroma tended to the citric orange side of things, with some wheat in the background as well as faint coriander. Flavor matched, decent, but a touch sweeter than I cared for. But overall a solid wit.
