Labelled Blanche de Bruxelles. On draft. I liked this wit quite a bit. Very light, with an unusual apple and pear taste. Mild spices. Faint aroma of fruit. Thin bodied but not watery. Highly drinkable.

Flaske: Meget flot witbier uklar lysegul og et fint skum. Duft af marcipan. Smagen er lidt flad men bliver trukket op af en fin bitterhed der trækker øllen sammen. Bestemt drikbar.

This beer is pretty awful. Some floral notes and fruits in the aroma which is just over powered by the acidity which just isn’t pleasant. Flavor is just straight acidity with very little flavors.

Blanche De Bruxelles at busy bee raleigh. Bright orange pour. Floral notes and citrus on the nose. Apple, grains, and light spice. Dry finish with light acidity.

Overly orange lemon juice-like flavor glides over a watery wit which has an acidity/sourness to it. I’m back and forth about whether I like or dislike this beer. Decent head and carbonation factor though and an easy drinker. Looks like lemon wine cooler with the exception of a beer head. Aroma has some complexity to it with nuances of fruit, bread and yeast.

Tap. Light straw for the malt, moderate flowers for the hops, light soap for the yeast, with apple and clove in the background. Head is small, creamy, white with excellent lacing and is mostly diminishing. Color is hazy pastel yellow. Flavor starts moderately sweet and lightly acidic, then finishes lightly sweet and acidic. Palate is light to medium, oily and has a soft carbonation. Light and fruity, a tasty Belgian White.

Draught at Pub Gioffredo, Nice, France. Quite typical Wit but maybe a bit too watered down.

Hazy yellow of color with a white foamy head. An aroma of sweets, citrus and very weak spice. A flavor of citrus, fresh, weak spice and light in taste.
