This is very similar in style to Hoegaarden, but a little bit more polished. Pale yellow body with a thick white head. Floral, yeasty aroma. Very smooth nose w/ notes of wheat and yeast with a citrus finish. This is a very drinkable brew, and I would get it again.

Froot loops! Tropical aroma bordering on artificial. Sweet sticky texture, distracting. Blah.

Very pale straw body, cloudy and a decent white head. The aroma is distinctive not sure about pleasant though, citrus and wheat. Taste is better than the aroma, smooths out a bit, light flavour notes of lemon and yeast.

Draft at Eola Wine Company. Tap handle said Blanche de Bruxelles. The pour yields a cloudy, pale yellow colored body with a creamy, snow white head. The foam displays good retention, sticking around fr ages and leaving large flares and spots of lace on the glass. Aromas are sweet for a witbier, notes of candy and citrus showing atop the requisite pale wheat. Flavors follow suit, mild wheat grains accompanied by lemon and orange rinds and light candy sugar. A glimmer of floral hopping shows on the finish. Light to medium bodied and finely carbonated, the swallow is easy going, but perhaps a touch too sweet for the style. It’s a decent enough witbier, but there’s nothing overly special going on here.

Bottled as Blanche de Bruxelles. Pours a cloudy yellow and develops the normal lacing for a wit. Aroma: stinky. Taste: fouled citrus, long lasting and muddled.

Not my cup of brew. Has a very yellow color and hints of citrus to it. Tastes very citrus. It’s not really the type of style that I like. I can respect this style and those who like it, but this just isn’t for me.
