Draft. Pours hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma is lemon, vanilla and spice, maybe a light note of banana. Crisp body. Sweet flavor of lemon and wheat, and again, a very light hint of banana that I can’t help but notice. Ends rather dry. Nice.

Sep 4, 2008 Bouteille de 330 ml. Nos yeux observent une bière de couleur paille très trouble avec une belle mousse blanche compacte, crémeuse, imposante et durable. Notre nez respire des arômes d’orange, de citron, de banane, d’ananas et de blé. En bouche la bière possède un corps moyen avec une effervescence moyenne. On goute des saveurs crémeuses d’ananas, d’orange, de blé, de banane et de levure. Une de mes blanche préféré à ce jour. Rating 265.

Sep 1, 2008 Creme denso e consistente. Aroma e paladar frutado, com presença de cascas de laranja. Final longo e agradaável, mas poderia ter mais corpo. Suave e com boa drinkability.

Aug 21, 2008 11.2 oz bottle, labeled as Blanche de Bruxelles. Hazed yellow with a decent white head. Strong sweet lemon nose, a hint of coriander and a shadow of the wheat below. Weak, watery body. Lemon and dry wheat, finish is non-existent. Nice lace, but ultimately not a very good beer.

Aug 20, 2008 Mildly tart, citrusy nose with contrasting aromas of sweet bread and ripe bananas. That same citrusy tartness hits the palate first with mild acidity, but is soon equaled and then pushed aside by the sweet, banana pudding flavor and background breadiness

Aug 20, 2008 Pours a cloudy, hazey off white colour with a medium sized beige head. Aroma is fruity, wheaty with hint of bannana, cloves and fresh apples. Mouthfeel is light, sort of watery and flavor is a little off, noticeable orange and coriander taste. I expected more from a Wit brewed in Belgium. Subpar brew.
