Swingtop bottle shared by KingCecil. Pours cloudy golden with a fluffy white head. The aroma is fruity and yeasty. Some orange notes. The flavour is quite anonymous with notes of yeast and citrus. Bitter finish.

Flip top bottle and served in Bells tulip: Pours mostly clean golden hue with a nice fluffy white head which produced lots of lacework upon the glassware. The aroma has notes of pale grains, some lemon and melon esters, grassy and herbal hop, and a touch of honey. The taste is mostly sweet malt driven with the hop bitterness much more a background player. A been there and done that kinda flavor profile often found in many Belgian Blonde Ales. For 8.3% ABV, the alcohol does seem more that a tad noticeable on the finish but does a nice job of cleansing the palate. The mouth feel is quite sprite and very easy to drink despite the boozy finish. Overall nothing terrible about this beer but it really fails to shine in a market of lots of Belgian Blonde Strong Ales... gimme a Duvel.

33cl bottle. Golden beer with white head. Good lasting and nice lacework. Aroma is fresh, hoppy and slightly malty. Flavour is bittery, fruity, citrus hints and a dry final maintaining the bitterness. Carbonation is medium. Body is medium.
