Zeer lekker blond bier.

Bottle @ home from supermarket. Armonica.

Bottle of 33cl. Great aroma of hop, followed by the nice taste of that hop ! Great palate too btw. We’re in front of a nice bière blonde, with a white creamy head. Try it, love it ! Cheers !

Poured following the ritual, using an authentic Hopus glass: beer into the glass, yeasty remains into a shot glass. After a few sips from the Hopus glass I poured in the yeasty remains from the shot glass. AR: fresh, coriander, citrus, light yeast, floral. AP: pale, unpleasantly yellow, after the ritual unpleasantly hazy yellow. T: medium bitterness. P: medium body, good balance between the malts and hops. O: A fine Belgian blonde with a pleasantly hoppy bite.

330ml bottle poured in its own two glasses. Following the "ritual": in the tulip glass the "clear" part and in the small shot glass, the beer from the bottom of the bottle which contains the remains. You taste the clear beer and in the half glass you mix both. A: Before mixing, the beer has a golden yellow color and forms anhuge white fluffy head Duvel style. Retention is very high, the foam remains there forever. Whenever mixed with the shot glass it becomes hazy, obviously S: Citrus hops and yeasts backbone. Flowery. Candy sugar and sweet malts. Bit of alcohol in the end T: Pretty much as the nose. Citrus earthy hops, Belgian yeasts, candy sugar. But not a sweet beer, in fact, it’s dry and bitter M: Medium body. Good carbonation. Bitter hoppy aftertaste O: Good drinkability. Good Belgian IPA [ BA Review @ 5/13/2012 ]

Swingtop bottle alongside the 2014 Primeur. Pours hazy Golden with a pillowy White head. Virtually indistinguishable from each other similar nose and flavours although there seemed to be a bit more fresh hop flacour to the primeur. Possibly just the power of suggestion. Peppery hops and Belgian yeast with bags of bitterness. Nice brew.

---Rated BY Italianbeer85

Hazy amber color; Medium slightly creamy body; Aroma of yeast, floral, fruit & spice; Flavor of slight sweet malt, yeast, citrus hops, some fruit, and spice; Finish is slightly bitter; Pretty decent.
