bottle, golden colour with huge white and stable head, fruity and hoppy smell. Taste: hoppy and sweet, a bit sweet and yeasty. But the beer is a bit monotone, has a lack of different flavours.

Bottled at Akkurat, Stockholm. Hazy pale golden, rocky head. Juicy citric nose. Dry, yet fruity. Elegant slender malt perfumed by citruc, sweaty grassy hops. There’s also almonds, honey and mild alcohol that gets more prominent underway. Like a dry, elegan mead, but well hopped and with lingering sweaty bitterness.

Bottled. Bulky, abundant and resistant head. Yellow pale and bright color, much fraught, hazy, solid and with optimal and fine fizzy aspect. Alcoholic and much complex aroma with notes of honey, stum, withered white grape. Much flowery and hard impact. Much lively and crisp in mouth and of optimal complex persistence.

I had seen this beer being served with its small shot glass to taste the yeast separatly, it was a must try. I had to request for the shot glass. So I pour the bottle in its normal glass and its golden color with a very huge flufy white head, then the end on the bottle with the yeast poured in the shot glass. I first drink the shot glass with the yeast, wow that’s nice, very bitter but creamy. Then drink the rest in the normal flower glass. This beer looks great. Aroma are very floral and hoppy. Flavors are very fresh and creamy, floral and hoppy, some good spice and a hint of vanilla. Its a very easy drinking beer and very refreshing. Excellent beer.

After the beer was served in the glass there was found a lasting quantity not wall adhesive white foam collar which was fine and evenly of structure. The beer also contained much carbonic acid in the glass. The beer has a thick dark blond color and a hoppy bitter taste. The after tast of the beer is hoppy bitter with a citrus touch. This beer smells spicy.
