Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, molasses, fruity - mango, light to moderate hoppy, sweet grass. Flavor is moderate to light light light heavy sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Bottled. A hazy light golden beer with a lazing white head. The aroma is sweet matly with light notes of butter, straw, and floral hops. The flavor is sweet malty with spicy notes of coriander, leading to a dry spicy and slightly lactic acidic finish.

From tap at de Wildeman. Pours almost clear yellow to orange with a minimal white head. Mild spiced and slight orange fruity aroma. Solid yeasty phenolic bite and mild alcohol presence. Subdued sweetness and light caramel malt presence. Seems to have a slight tap off note. Not fully clean. Somewhat acidic, although minor.

Bottled (from thebelgianbeershop.com). A bit hazy yellowish golden colour with huge fluffy head. Aroma lace. Aroma is fruits, some earthy notes as well as herbal and yesty. Flavour is quite much the same with some grassyness and mild alcoholic sweetness added. Ends rather earthy and yeasty.

Bottled at Akkurat, Stockholm. Hazy pale golden, rocky head. Juicy citric nose. Dry, yet fruity. Elegant slender malt perfumed by citruc, sweaty grassy hops. There’s also almonds, honey and mild alcohol that gets more prominent underway. Like a dry, elegan mead, but well hopped and with lingering sweaty bitterness.

UPDATED: SEP 7, 2012 Bottle @ Poechenellekelder, Brussels. Pours a clear amber with a off white bubbly head. Hoppy fresh nose. A bit of buiscuit and sweet herbal notes. Quite one dimensional. Medium bodied. Pleasant drink.

At Beer Mania, Bruxelles
Hazy deep blond color, big head. The aroma has dry malt, some hop and spice, perfumy. Dryish mouthfeel, spicy malt flavor, good bitterness even if it doesn’t go too far from the Belgian tradition. In the final it seems that there is some more body, with also a very light touch of sweet liquorice. Pleasant.
