4.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20
A beer’s appearance can’t possibly get better. The yeasty deposit on the bottom of the bottle is served on the side in a shot glass. The main course is served in its own glass with a great golden cristal clear (becomes cloudy if you add the yeast deposit) colour and a truly epic foamy head with great retention. Rarely seen something like it. Smells of alcohol with grass and hops. When you taste it, the alcohol is nowhere to be seen, it is completely hidden. Citrus and floral hops roll over your tongue. The bitterness is very very subtle until it develops in the aftertaste. Feels creamy with a hint of yeasty sweet banana. Aftertaste is mostly hoppy bitter and leaves little to be desired. Great. Beer.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
A fine beer in the Belgian tradition. Plenty of hops and a broad palate, firm head, and a good deal of yeast in the bottle, this beer packs a good punch with its 8.6%. It’s a little sweet for my taste, but otherwise a good effort from the Lefebvre brewers. The multi-language label is a bit messy, and I don’t like this blather about tradition and ancient recipes ("built on a tradition of six generations"), whereas in fact, their website states the beer was ’created’ for the marriage of Paul Lefebvfre, so it’s really quite new. Still, worth your while.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Golden hazy color! Nice white head, very persistent. Medium to low carbonation. Full creamy body. Very complex aroma, hoppy, fruity honey wax, molasse, malty... Taste is malt, hops, light yeast, sweet, very fruity, spicy and a good and persistent bitterness. Aftertaste is spicy, dry and little sweet. This beer was a surprise!

0,33l bottle in Sofia. Wonderful fruity and yeasty aroma. Warm, deep flavour, but the high ABV is very noticeable. All in all a good one
