Promossa senza dubbio.

phenolic strong blonde Belgian ale. Some candi sugar, but nothing really that special.

Bottle, 75cl. Clear golden with a tall, frothy offwhite head and nice lacinig. Earthy aroma with hints of citrus zest, basement yeasts, cereal, alcohol esters. Medium to light bodied with moderate carbonation. Low sweetness with more of a subtle, but stinging bitterness. Not very aromatic, but hoppiness is there. Somewhat unbalanced, but pleasant and unorthodox.

Draft to taster at Eight Ball. Pours a hazy golden orange color with a medium sized off white head. The aroma and flavor have sweet malts, Belgian yeast, fruits, banana, hints of citrus, caramel, a light spice, pretty typical Belgian strong character, ok, nothing great.

The hops are dominant in the aroma, a mixture of floral and grass accents. It pours a nice golden beer, with a white head that vanishes rapidly. The hops dominate the taste, which makes it a medium bitter beer. The texture of the beer is thin, and the initial hop accents are completely absent in the finishing. Overall a nice beer, which tastes better if you drink it slightly warmer than the recommended serving temperature.
