Aroma of malt, suger and alchol. Small white head that do not lasts for so long, sticks to the sides af the glass. Amber and clear in the glass. Typical Leffe taste, sweet and drinkable, but also some alchol in the finish.

Amberkleurig. Zoetige kandij geur en wat gebrande mout. De geur zet hem verder in de smaak. Als kandij een krachtige smaak heeft, dan is dit inderdaad een bier met een uitgesproken karakter!

33cl bottle. Clear amber colour with a creamy off-white head. Sweet, fruity, malty aroma, caramel and spices too. Taste is sweet and fruity, alcohol. Overall very nice, think I prefer Leffe’s Vieille Cuvée though.

33cl bottle at home. Pours a amber orange colour with a white, soapy head which leaves a little lacing. Aroma of candied sugar, caramel and malt. Taste is sweet with notes of caramel, syrup, spices and banana. Texture is creamy with average to low carbonation.

From elcervecero. In Tongerlo cup. Playing Bit Evolution. Too much sugary. The Leffe tripel is much better. This one tires

F: white thin, not long lasting. C: clear amber. A: cane sugar, caramel, malt, hint of yeast. T: caramel, some banana/fruity, alcohol noticeable, syrupy, nuts, full body, but not very complex, lower carbonation, white sugar, some spicy tones.

Bottle. 8C which turned out to be a good temperature. Even colder would have worked too. More amber than gold with a large near white head that lasts pretty well. Dough, banana, white pepper, some not entirely convincing oranges. Full bodied with peach and banana, medium sugars. Moderate bitterness but it dries out enough that the sweetness doesn’t linger. Some coriander and pepper at the end. A bit boozy, but not raw. Doesn’t offer a great deal for 9% and that probably costs it a couple of points, but it’s a sound enough beer.

Bottle - clear golden with off white foamy head. Heavy carbonation. Fruity sweet aroma. Strong alcohol content - smooth in mouth and on tongue - sweet caramel tasting. A beer to sip - strong but good flavour.

Amber, clear, medium head falling down to thin ring. Aroma of plum, raisins, dried fruits, yeast topped with a hint of alcohol and cloves. Fruity taste, high carbonation, very nice beer.
