3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Caramel red color with creamy collar that disappears fast. A bit musty smell of malt with some pleasant cherry sweetness in the background. Strong bitter ale, not as sweet as to be expected (not a warm and cosey Christmas feeling). Alltogether another disappointing example that ale is really not my style.

2.8 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
75 cl bottle from franprix. Less than 3 euros. Absolutely no aroma. Amazing. Purplely red. Very Christmas-y!!! Tastes like beer. A little sour. No describable flavor. Very weird. Not bad, but kind of creepy in the lack of distinctiveness.

3.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Deep, off white head, brown colour, perfumey aroma, sweet with a little spice. I’d be guessing but they seem to blend well together. A better than average offering from the Leffe stable, a good Christmas beer at the right strength. I like it.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
33cl bottle at home. Clear amber beer with average, frothy, lasting off-white head. Taste is dry, spicy, not very sweet. Aftertaste is pretty balanced, and of medium length. Not a very special Belgian beer though...

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
For me, the Leffe Noel is slightly better than the Affligem Noel and Grimbergen Noel. Medium body, spiced, good carbo.

2.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 7/20
Bottle at BeerStore Too, Thessaloniki: dark fruits, caramel, probably bread, raisin and maybe strawberry (!). Medium body, dark red colour with small head and average carbonation. Slightly sweet. . Easy drinkable, will drink it again sometime in future.
