COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
With its amber color, fruity and spicy bouquet, and its creamy foam, Leffe Biere de Noel is a beer full of character. Very expected during the holiday season, it continues the tradition of master brewers who kept their best barley and hops to brew once a year. Leffe Biere de Noel makes your aperitif a moment of intense flavor.

For me, the Leffe Noel is slightly better than the Affligem Noel and Grimbergen Noel. Medium body, spiced, good carbo.

En comparaison avec les autres de la même gamme (Grimbergen et Affligem), c’est la plus réussie. Agréable et à priori sans arôme ajouté.

26-dec-2010 33cl bottle at home. Clear amber beer with average, frothy, lasting off-white head. Taste is dry, spicy, not very sweet. Aftertaste is pretty balanced, and of medium length. Not a very special Belgian beer though...

Bottle at home. Variant of Leffe Brune but with a little more burnt caramel and a touch more bitterness. Lower in alcohol than most Christmas offerings but nevertheless an interesting, tasty beer.

Lahodne, plna chut a sladkohorka dochut.---Draft at Brussels airport. Tastes as good as bottled although it seems to me better. Maybe it’s because of a long and tiring flight :-) great beer for any occasion. Delicious, full of flavor and bittersweet aftertaste.

Bottle at BeerStore Too, Thessaloniki: dark fruits, caramel, probably bread, raisin and maybe strawberry (!). Medium body, dark red colour with small head and average carbonation. Slightly sweet. . Easy drinkable, will drink it again sometime in future.

Ben c’est de la biere de noel qui goute le sucre et l’epice. Foncierement ca manque un peu de caractère :)

660ml bottle from Auchan supermarket Aroma - not that exciting Appearance-Brown/amber, clear, creamy head taste- Very Leffe, caramel. burnt wood, spice Overall - Its been a few years since I tasted any Leffe beer and I have to say that I loved this. Its the sort of beer that makes me wonder why people say they don’t like beer. So different from a beer that I would drink on a regular basis.

Uts: mørk rav, rikelig beige skum. Duft: mye belgisk gjær og krydder, hint av humle. Smak: middels fyldig, søt, god balanse mellom malt og mild humle. Noe stram og bitter ettersmak. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
