COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
With its amber color, fruity and spicy bouquet, and its creamy foam, Leffe Biere de Noel is a beer full of character. Very expected during the holiday season, it continues the tradition of master brewers who kept their best barley and hops to brew once a year. Leffe Biere de Noel makes your aperitif a moment of intense flavor.

A decent christmas ale. Spicy, nutty, with a medium body and watery finish. Dark brown with a thick off white head. Bought with Jess at a wine shop in the center of A’dam.

33 cl bottle. Clear, deep amber liquid with medium off-white head. Aroma of dried fruits, figs, dark fruits, caramel, toffee, banana and cherries. Aroma is malty, caramelly and light sweet and medium bitter. Biscuity and bready. Medium to full bodied with good carbonation. Good belgo ale with lots of fruity, malty notes. Better than I expected.

Bottle gifted by a friend - very much appreciated! Nicely spiced, dark fruits, very slight metallic idea end game, but not enough to ruin the experience. Not bad for a "Mass Produced" Belgian.

330ml bottle - Pours clear and deep amber with a large off-white head. Good lacings. Average carbonation. Nose of yeast, nuts and spices. Sweet flavour with nuts, dried fruits and spices. Medium bodied. Creamy texture. More dry finish. Not bad, but not the best Leffe.

Got lucky and found this out of season at a supermarche in Anphee. Overall a nice, bruin ale with a little spice to make it different than Leffe Bruin. It did feel a little thin and muted for a traditional Christmas ale though. Good though.

300 ml. bottle. Nice red mahogany colour, very big head that take its time to fade and leaves a big lace. Smell of dried fruits, some caramel and some spices, but not clearly discernible. Sticky palate, taste of spices and dried fruits, but, as with te smell, not discernible. Again, it’s out of date, so I’ll have to try it again, my first impression is of a good but not exceptional beer.

Shared bottle at DSJT Cardinal. Pours clear dark brown with a small creamy head. Aroma of earthy and cellary malts. Taste is light sweet caramel, spicy and moderate hoppy end, nice enough.
