May 18, 2009 Tastes like honey and cloves - great head - manages to have a lot of great flavor but still be light - sweet flavor, less actual sweetness (which is great) - light body except when you get a lot of head - nice slight hoppiness at the very end.
I kinda agree with the copy - it is "a ’connoisseur’ beer that is easy to drink." Its true because the flavor hits up front and then the beer retreats into a less flavorful crispiness. The end would remind me of any of a 1000 crappy beers, except for 2 things - the way the beginning flavor lingers, and the hoppiness at the end.

May 16, 2009 Pours a golden copper color with a huge white head.Smell is fairly light with hints of yeast and banana and spice. I was a bit disappointed that it was not more powerful.The taste is better than the nose would leade you to believe. Spices and Belgian yeast with a little bit of a bitterness at the end.High carbonation and a light body make it easy to drink.

May 16, 2009 Golden honey color. Very complex brew... Sweet floral aroma with a touch of lavender & bubblegum. Complimented nicely with a clean spicy floral sweet taste and a peppery aftertaste. Overall, a decent brew, a solid Belgian offering.

May 14, 2009 Golden pour with large white head that never really diminished, as typical of a Belgian. Some bananas and orange in the aroma, flavor is malty and carbonated but very limited in scope. Ok but there are other better examples of this.

May 10, 2009 Updated: May 11, 2009Draft at Sharp Edge Brasserie in McMurray, PA. Served in a Trappist glass. Appearance is a crystal clear golden color with a creamy white head that lasts throughout. Excellent lacing. Nice fruity aroma of bananas, oranges, and clove. Taste is a balanced sweet malt and subtle hop flavor with bananas, oranges, and a soft clove character. Light to medium body. Highly carbonated. Crisp and refreshing. Short finish.

May 3, 2009 Served in a Leffe glass. Dark orange color with a small head. Aroma is light with some spice. Taste is sweet with some candy and spice. Easy drinking always consistent and tastes great.
