COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Filtered.
Uses Vieux Temps yeast which gives the clove-like flavour.
"Leffe Blond is a pale abbey beer, with a full, sunny, golden colour. It has a smooth and full bodied taste and a rich creamy head. Like all the Leffe beers, it is a ’connoisseur’ beer that is easy to drink."

Pours a nice golden yellow with a substantial creamy head. Aroma is understated but pleasant with hints of spice and clove. Taste goes down smooth with a sweet front and loads of pepper and well-balanced fruity spice on the finish. A great drinking, flavorful session beer full of great Belgian qualities. Don’t understand many of the lower reviews. This is a fantastic Belgian blonde, especially for the price.

Bottle 750ml @ 1337 Beer #5
[Courtesy of igniztion] Pours clear golden with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, alcohol and some fruits. Taste is light to medium sweet. Body is medium, texture is thin, carbonation is soft.

33 cl, bottled. Pours clear amber coloured beer. White head. Aroma: Slightly malty, grass, floral. Taste: Sweet taste. Palate: Light-medium body, lively carbonation. Overall: Little too sweet for my taste.

Bottle dated 18/06/12 (and 1240). It’s filtered, which may be a drawback for some regards, but make for a brilliantly clear ale. Fruit salad aroma. It’s fruity on the tongue too, and sweeter than ideal, but still a pretty tasty Belgian.

This is a normal belgian that has nothing special but nothing bad at the same time.

Malty, oily and thick. A little sweet and bitter. Golden, strong, a bit syrupy.
