3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 deyholla (3153) - Waukesha, Wisconsin, USA - AUG 5, 2010
Bottle. Poured a near clear gold with a near white head that dissipated to the edges. Aroma was full of sweet fruits, particularly apricots, some spice and some sweet grains. Flavor had a clear apricot and other light fruits that were joined by some citrus, spice and sweet grains. Seemed a bit jumbled overall.
3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20 Smaskifa (75) - Oslo, NORWAY - AUG 5, 2010
Of the more common light ales this is my definite favourite, served in proper glassware from tap this is excellent on a warm summerday. Medium white head, which stays. Nice fruity aroma, citrus, hops, malts. Excellent full body, nicely carbonated, very pleasant in the mouth. Well balanced taste, slightly sourish citrus, nice and hoppy, good malts. Nice drinkable beer.

This is a tasty brew hits quick. After the initial punch of yeast and malt, it clears fast for a really smooth finish. Delicious beer, one that I could drink in place of eating lunch! Good Beer!
3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 ladnewton (858) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - AUG 4, 2010
Draught in the Assembly House, 292-294 Kentish Town Road, London NW5 2TG on 4th August 2010. Crystal clear amber (Lucozade colour) with a thin partial white foam covering. Yeasty, cheesy notes and chutney sweetness in aroma; very tangy main taste with apricot jam, citrus, just a hint of salt and strong hoppiness all working harmoniously. Bittersweet finish, that begins with sweet overtone; this sweetness fading as the finish gradually becomes more bitter leaving grassy notes on back of mouth. Zingy carbonation. Very flavoursome.

Golden pour, nice head. Sweet nose, but not overpowering. Full mouthfeel. Smooth and malty, with a little spiciness. A solid brew.

Orange, huge head. Hoppy, twangy aroma, Taste has a bit of bubblegum to it and seems a bit sweet. Aroma is more bubblegum. Maybe that’s clove I taste but I don’t know better? A very refreshing beer. I’m surprised by this one.

Pours orange-to-amber with a tan head. Aroma is strong with undetermined fruit and yeast. Flavour is surprisingly malty and sweet with caramel. Not anywhere close to an Americanized blonde. This is my first Belgian blonde and was very enjoyable.
