Jan 11, 2008 Bottle. Pours amber, one finger white head, quickly diminishing with slight lacing. Aroma is grainy, slight white wine-like fruitiness, hint of musky yeast in background. Flavor is light fresh dough, very slight sweetness, fruitiness - pears, grapes. Mild pinch of bitterness in the finish and lingering damp yeast flavors. Moderately full palate, lively from carbonation.

Jan 11, 2008 Pours clear light amber with billowy white head. Smells like fruity, yeasty candy. Taste is pretty sweet and bready. sticks to your lips. Mouthfeel is slightly crisp and it leaves your mouth wet. If im not having a dark beer this would be my next choice.
