Commercial Description:
Filtered.
Uses Vieux Temps yeast which gives the clove-like flavour.
"Leffe Blond is a pale abbey beer, with a full, sunny, golden colour. It has a smooth and full bodied taste and a rich creamy head. Like all the Leffe beers, it is a ’connoisseur’ beer that is easy to drink."

White head that disipated. Orange yellow color. Citrus spice....clove and oranges smell and flavor. Taste hints of honey. After taste is thick and syrupy. Not bad over all probibly wont go out of my way to drink it again.

Bottle. Gold pour with a large fluffy white head, aroma is fruity, estery. Medium bodied, balanced on the sweet side, goes down easy. Not bad at all.

0.33 l bottle. Golden-honey beer under a small head. The aroma is spicey-floral. The flavour is creamy and complex with yeast, some bubblegum and honey. Good beer from the world leader, mass-producer InBev. The soul of that beer is the recipe from the middle-age abbey...

On tap at Bistro du Coin, D.C. One of the most solid, drinkable blonds out there. Decent body, nice head and retention, it’s got soft floral notes in the aroma. Very smooth tasting, not much in the way of pepper or yeast, just some sweetness and bright flavors.

Bottle. Sampled at the MN RB Winter Gathering. Not a clue as to who brought the bottle but thanks! Simple Belgian Ale. Aroma of bananas, yeast, soap, honey and dust. Pours bright clear gold. Flavor was rather sweet. Malt, honey, sugar, candy but balanced decently by a good dry yeast component. Sticky body.

A nice pale golden color with a white head. Very sweet aroma of fruit and grain with a hint of yeast. Doughey flavor with nice spicy fruit character and just enough sweetness. Nice bright carbonation round this beer out nicely.

Clear golden with medium white head. Sweet fruity and yeasty aroma. Flavor is fresh and malty with caramel, yeast and orange peel. Goes well with my lunch.
