Commercial Description:
Filtered.
Uses Vieux Temps yeast which gives the clove-like flavour.
"Leffe Blond is a pale abbey beer, with a full, sunny, golden colour. It has a smooth and full bodied taste and a rich creamy head. Like all the Leffe beers, it is a ’connoisseur’ beer that is easy to drink."

nice pour with pale-ish golden color and thick micro bubble head. sweet, malty taste and smells terrific. really like this one - the last beer of my belgium trip last fall was a huge leffe blonde in brussels airport. made the flight to edinburgh very pleasant...

Goldon color with a white head. Spicy aroma. Light body with light honey and malty taste. ONe of the weaker Belgians

The aroma is kind of boring, so is th appereance. The flavor has banana and yeast - classic is a good word - like Packman wrote. But the one word that comes to my mind is boring.

Good beer. Classic taste, one of the reference about blond imported beer. Overall sweetness, easy to drink no strong after taste but a good kick at the beginning. Semi-bubbly.

Rated while drinking: Pours a dull saffron with a big cream-colored head and sludgy lacing. Very sweet and flowery aroma with almost a spiced touch to it. Flavor is almost reminiscent of honey covered cornbread muffins. Aftertaste looks "up" and makes you pucker a bit. Medium bodied, yet slick and smooth. A bit harsh near the swallow. Tasty, but simple.

Gold orange color. It has a really nice honey-like sweetness and grainy malt flavor. It is a smooth beer with a creamy, soft mouthfeel.

Has this beer on 7/18/07. Aroma is light with a mild fruity yeast scent. Color is a solid gold with very good carbonation and thick tight head. Taste is light and mellow. Starting with a medium body it goes smooth. Finish is a mellow malt flavor backed by mild Belgian yeast tones. On the end is a faint tin like after taste. Nice beer, but its one of the weakest Belgians I have had and the metallic after taste kills it for me.
