Gold clear color medium head and moderate lacing. Aroma of spice and banana. Yeast, bread, banana and butter in the flavor. Nice velvety finish. Good easy drinking Belgian ale.

does not count  Sep 4, 2008 Tap serving. I had this on tap at Croxley Ales last night and found the blond ale to be superb. I supervised the pouring and noted the tilt the bartender used as the golden ale flowed like pancake batter. The sweet aromas were very present as I went for the first taste. Being very pleased with the first taste, more followed and I couldn’t seem to put it down until it was empty. After another round... to verify, of course...I found this to great with wings.

Sep 1, 2008 Really not a nice beer at all, over complicated flavours of caramel, toffee, spices and fruit. It is even worse in a bottle, it often can be 75% foam. It really is a bit dodgy this one.
