"Leffe Blond is a pale abbey beer, with a full, sunny, golden colour. It has a smooth and full bodied taste and a rich creamy head. Like all the Leffe beers, it is a ’connoisseur’ beer that is easy to drink."

Bottle -- Pours a crystal clear golden colour with a gorgeous head that soon dies off. The aroma is fantastic: velvety, floral, hoppy and, I think, more enjoyable than the flavour. It also has a wonderfully velvety mouthfeel and a nice round body. There’s definitely some fruity apple flavours in the taste with a bit of spice as well, but it’s a bit sweet for me. Nevertheless a very enjoyable, very interesting beer.

A sweet taste, reminding me of some type of candy, without being sickenly so. A nice example of a belgian blonde ale

UPDATED: MAR 12, 2007 Pleasently suprised to find this almost everywhere in canne. For someone who doesn’t like Blondes I find this one fairly pleasing.

Sweet fruity aroma with banana like notes. Chrystal clear golden rose yellow with white head. Light and crisp flavor, fruity apple notes. Slightly spicy. Well carbonated, light and dry in the mouth. Good.

Pours a pretty golden color with tiny columns of rising bubbles. Thick and foamy white head with fair retention. Patches of lacing on the glass. The aroma is on the hoppy side and has a nice spiced undertone as well. Medium-bodied and spicy with hops and yeast flavors. The flavor profile is not as complex as many Belgians but it is still pretty tasty. The finish is spicy and fruity and lingers a bit. Above average overall.

Clear golden body with a big white head. Smells of yeast, straw, and a little malt. Taste is more of the same with an emphasis on the straw. Bready notes come out with the yeast flavors. Barely noticable spices in the back which were accompanied by sour notes as the beer warmed. Very easy to drink, and pretty good for a blonde but not a beer that I will ever desire.

11.2 bottle. Pours nice golden color with huge white head. Nice aroma of malt + spice, some hops, bready yeast. Great Blonde beer, and certainly a worthy session beer. Awesome, I’ll have another, and another......

The beer tastes off. I detect notes of diffrent fruits but it really ruins the beer. Has a soapy aftertaste. Not a fan.
