3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
I love blond ales and this one is a pretty good average blond. This goes very well with food. Nice balance of flavors, sweet, tangy and slightly bitter, dry finish that lingers in the mouth. Very easy to drink and refreshing. Good for a macro.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Not bad, not great pretty drinkable. Pours nice and blond, rocky white head that lasts. A little sweet for my taste, but some hops to balance it out. A little malt and hops in the nose with some fruity estery stuff goin on. Decent.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottled. Attractive golden body, white-ish head with some stamina, sweet smack on the lips almost balanced with a hoppy finish. Hints at better things but doesn’t make good on it’s potential.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle. medium head with good lacing. golden yellow colour. taste is well balanced and goes down remarkably smooth considering higher alcohol content.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Clear golden-amber colour with a creamy white head. Aroma is pleasantly yeasty and fruity. Good body with nice carbonation. Flavour has a good balance of honeyish sweetness and dry, citric hops. Less complex than many Belgian ales, but for what is essentially a macro version of the style, it’s nothing to sneeze at.

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Appearance is nice enough, a dark golden color with an egg white head that is somewhat retained. Aroma is somewhat of a mystery to me as about all I detected was a very light hop presence and a tiny bit of fruit. Underwhelming to say the least. Very muted flavors, also. This one is definetely not connecting for me. Way below the average Belgian.

2.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
A bit too fuzzy and fruity for my palate. Underlying tones of rotting garbage behind a lemony fizziness. A novelty but thats about it.
