"Leffe Blond is a pale abbey beer, with a full, sunny, golden colour. It has a smooth and full bodied taste and a rich creamy head. Like all the Leffe beers, it is a ’connoisseur’ beer that is easy to drink."

This beer is very smooth. somewhat of a typical blonde ale. It pairs quite well with roasted or baked chicken

That was my first Belgian ale I had rated on ratebeeer.com over a year ago. Many beers later I have decided to try and rate again... Aroma was nice, sweet, yeasty... Look was great golden look with great thick head. Now the flavours ... that is the weaker side of this product. Introductory mass product. Belgian Ale standard? Heh, only 6.6 of alc and it is so present almost dominant, sweet to sweet. Oh well ... so many more to go.

Rerate Not as good as i first thought. Typical commercial brew. No, it doesn’t fill me with enjoyment. Bit sweet, nothing special. Original rate Spicy aroma. Fresh, full of flavors. Very very nice blond beer. 3.6

Flowery aroma on a standard yellow Belgian. Rather tastey. Almost like a vastly improved version of the Stella Artois. Lightly alcohol strong w/ rose petal hints in the aftertaste.

not a bad beer considering who it comes from. sweet, with balancing spice and alcohol.

This is one of the most beautiful looking beers you can ever buy. Pour it in a tall glass and watch pearl string bubbles go slowly accelerate to it’s foamy destiny. It has a deep golden colouration with a thick white belgian head. Ester aromas typical of higher alcohol beers evolve from the glass. It is quite malty with hints of buscuit and nuts in the background and lightly hopped.

Golden coloured, slightly milky. Fruity, yeasty sweet aroma and taste. Not as good as Leffe bruin.

LoveCaissa (873) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - AUG 29, 2002
Deep golden colour with a nice head and decent lacing. Aroma and flavour of yeast, fruits (citrus) and some spices. A pleasant bitter finish, some alcohol present, and a very full body. All in all a decent abbey ale that is also the most accesible (and easy to drink) of the Leffe beers.

Good beer, though rather mild and not nearly as spicy as many other Belgian ales.
