Keg and bottle: Filtered.
Uses Vieux Temps yeast.
"Leffe Blond is a pale abbey beer, with a full, sunny, golden colour. It has a smooth and full bodied taste and a rich creamy head. Like all the Leffe beers, it is a ’connoisseur’ beer that is easy to drink."

To me, a nose of malt. It was Ok but not as great as I had expected.

This Belgium starts out with a nice smooth crispness that bursts with flavor at the end. Flavors of hops and citrus prevail.

A somewhat traditional Belgian blonde, tastes like a toned down Triple in may respects. Not a lot of hoppiness, but the sweetness was nicely balanced. Clear golden color, a hint in the darker side. Smooth flavor, pleasant aftertaste, decent head. If possible, this should be drunk from the proper vessel, preferably a Leffe goblet. I’m glad I only get this about once a year, so it remains a special treat.

At first it seemed almost like a tripel, with a full aroma and flavor that was bready and slightly spicy. But further into it just became really sweet and cidery (esp as it warmed). Its not something I’d be likely to try again. Crisp, crystalline golden color.
