"Leffe Blond is a pale abbey beer, with a full, sunny, golden colour. It has a smooth and full bodied taste and a rich creamy head. Like all the Leffe beers, it is a ’connoisseur’ beer that is easy to drink."

33 cl bottle @ home. Pours a golden beer with medium white head. Yeasty aroma, tastes refreshing, with hints of banana. Very pleasant palate, only pity the aftertaste is very dry. Good beer that drinks away easy.

11.2 oz bottle served in pint glass (from Feb. 2011 notes). Fresh bottle is dated best by May 14, 2012: more than a year away. No sediment in bottle. The pint glass could just barely hold this 11.2 oz beer and it’s considerable head; this from a restrained pour. The head dies back a bit quickly but has good retention and exceptional glass lacing. The enticing liquid itself is clear golden color that seems to glow. Substantial carbonation is evident. Taste and smell are yeasty, spicy (cloves + ?) and sweet. The flavor is less sweet than the aroma suggests, a good thing. This will certainly prove too sweet or too heavy in clove flavoring for many. This is the case for me, but I enjoyed the interplay of yeast, malts and spices, as well as the mouthfeel and some other aspects of this Belgian blonde. M - smooth but bubbly, with a slight creaminess on the tongue and a slight dryness in the finish.

A nice blonde Belgian. Cleaner than what I think of as a Belgian. Not too fruity. Refreshing ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draught. Golden yellow with very small foamy beige head, yeast aroma, high carbonation, vanilla taste, full body, medium finish. Quite a typical Belgian ale, meaning good quality!

On tap at Brussels Hilton. Deep golden beer with thin but creamy white head. Nose is alcohol and malt. Smooth in the mouth with little carbonation. Finish is spicy, fruity, caramel. Spice aroma more apparent as it warms. Tremendous beer.

Aromat intensywny. Barwa złota, ale niezbyt intensywna. Bardzo obfita, gęsta piana. Mocno musujące. W smaku lekkie, słaba goryczka, bardzo słodkie. Ogólnie trochę się zawiodłem. Piwo sztucznie słodkie.
