COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Keg and bottle: Filtered.
Uses Vieux Temps yeast.
"Leffe Blond is a pale abbey beer, with a full, sunny, golden colour. It has a smooth and full bodied taste and a rich creamy head. Like all the Leffe beers, it is a ’connoisseur’ beer that is easy to drink."

Aroma is sweet and bready, with some banana and a little caramel. Strong fruity flavor (mostly banana-like), with some spice... sort of like clove, maybe allspice? Sweet, but not over-the-top. Bready flavor comes through in aftertaste. Nice high carbonation.

Pours crystal clear honey amber. Aroma is wheat, wild yeast, some light malt. Taste is sweet honey, beet sugar, sour/wild yeast, minimal if any hops. Mouthfeel is very carbonated, sticky, finishes candy sweet. Not what I would choose, but true to style and well made.

On bottle from small shop in Brela. Deep golden color, good foam. Floral and fruity aromas, light honey and good yeast influence- medium aroma intensity. Medium body & complexity. Some immediate sweetness, balances very well. Enjoyabl

Bready and malty. Rich fruity malt, pear and plum, gentle sweet finish. A truely classic and tasty blonde, maybe a tad too much honey sweetness as it warms.

Really bready and crisp ale. Maybe could have a little more weight but otherwise a good beer.

Has a malty, glum aroma. The aroma is not so pleasant but I think quite typical for blonds. It’s clear, dark golden color. Has a small head and nice lacing. In taste it’s a bit sweet and sour. Malty, rather without any bitterness. Heavily carbonated.

0,33 l bottle, Poured in glass, nice blonde color, smooth foam, good, solid taste, nothing spectacular. Just average beer

75cl bottle shared in a Leffe glass. Pours a light blonde colour with a billowy white head. Aroma is grainy hops. Taste is more of the same with the mouthfeel being somewhat smooth but watery. I have since tried this on tap and found it to be less good than the bottle as the mouthfeel felt grainy also (as though there was residual sugar). Really not to my taste.

Aroma is apple, pear, beligian sugar candy and wild yeast. Taste is quite sweet with dark fruits and the aforementioned sugar candy. Slifht liquor snap but it finishes quite smoothly. Appearance is a frothy and healthy laced pearl head which retains very well.
