"Leffe Blond is a pale abbey beer, with a full, sunny, golden colour. It has a smooth and full bodied taste and a rich creamy head. Like all the Leffe beers, it is a ’connoisseur’ beer that is easy to drink."

[backlog] 11-04-15 / bottle in Melbourne. I started rating my beers with Untappd and a few basic notes. Now I want to rate them on ratebeer. So my rating sometimes lack some information. Just ignore it, it is for my personal statistics. Untappd-Rating 2.5/5

Out of the bottle poured a medium gold that was (unfortunately, in my opinion) filtered crystal clear. However, it produced a nice head with terrific lacing throughout. I got malty notes of caramel/butterscotch, together with characteristic belgian yeast and candy sugar, and some spicy noble hop. Good carbonation. Med-Full body. Creamy.

0,33 bottle. Pours clear golden color with small but thick white head. Aroma of yeast, floral notes, light citrus and grain. Not fan of the style but decent beer.

Pours a clear golden amber with a medium head of white foam. Aroma of bread, yeast, and some light spices. Nice crisp taste. Medium body with a smooth texture. Refreshing flavors similar to a Weizenbier but less carbonated. Very enjoyable.

Sentin vaahtokerros, jättää kivasti pitsiä. Kirkas kullankeltainen olut kuplilla. Tuoksu hiivainen, hedelmäinen. Maku varsin makea, mutta hyvin yksiulotteinen. Ei humalan katkeroa oikeastaan lainkaan.

Draft - Dang, another InBev beer, I really need to review these before I order a beer. Light Amber color. Very floral beer on the palate and taste, typical Belgium style. It’s described as having a little bitterness but I can’t taste any. It could also be my palate is to use to an American IPA. It’s actually not as bad as some other blondes I have tried. Decent for the style actually.

I don’t rate how most do. This beer is strong. Strong tasting and flavorful. Not for everyone but a great Belgium beer.
