Bottle. Poured a clear dark yellow with a large white rocky head that was mostly diminishing and had poor lacing. The aroma of straw malts, a grassy hop and a moldy yeast. It tasted bitter-sour at first and progressed into a yeasty full bodied flavor slighty hinted with honey. Mouthfeel was light in body and watery in texture. Overall a nice yeasty belgian brew.

Ar: Ripe pear and peach, grapefruit, banana.
Ap: Clear amber-gold - medium white head with moderate retention, leaves a ring and some hazy foam cover.
T: Clean malt, banana, and peach - lightly sweet, fruit roll-up, ripe pear - spicy hops, with a herbal edge - medium-low bitterness - finish is lingering banana, peach, and grapefruit.
P: Medium body - full, rounded, and creamy carbonation - finish is dry.
O: A drinkable and delicious Belgian ale - some nice complexity and a great ester profile.

Golden with some white sheet and excellent clarity. Smells like standard belgian yeast with some metallic tones and a bit of banana and petunia. Pretty uneventful nose. Flavor is buttery with banana and some soil along slight coriander and bits of belly button lint. Medium bodied with mild carb and a slicking finish. Not impressed with this and will likely not visit again.

A nose of Belgian yeast, cloves, with perhaps hints of bananas. A robust ivory head providing ample laciing rests on a clear golden orange pour. The taste begins slighly sweet but ends crisp. Nice balance. Flavors of Belgian yeast, spice, and grain are present. Medium body with medium-soft carbonation. Creamy mouthfeel. Overall, while this may not be a home run, it is definately a standing double. Very satisfy and drinkable day in and day out. wild drink again.

I only tried one bottle. It was kind of a sweet beer. Didn’t taste strong for a 6.6% alcohol content.

Cabeza Abundante y cremosa.
Hearty, creamy head. Long Lasting Cream.
Very bubbly body. Dark golden color without particles
Flowers and intense citrus fruits. Slight presence of caramel.
Build: oily texture, without charring ended slightly astringent and slightly alcoholic
a slight initial sweet taste and a very slight bitter finish.
Final conclusions. A beer that is light flavors though, should not be considered flat. It has an interesting mix of flavors in vita to be discovered by the most sensitive palates. In turn its lightness makes it an excellent option for those who do not like beer very pronounced flavors.
