UPDATED: NOV 27, 2014 250ml bottle poured in a tulip glass. A: Pours a clear golden yellow color forming a big and very bubbled white head with good retention and tons of lacings left in the glass S: Very strong on honey followed by the traditional Leffe spices and bready yeasts. Some flowery hops. Notes of sweet grains, candy sugar and raisins T: Follows the nose. A sweet malts, honey and candy sugar upfront. Followed by sweet bread, raisins, bready Belgian yeasts. Very mild hoppy bitterness in the end M: Medium and molasses body. Medium carbonation. Sweet grains and honey aftertaste with a light touch of hops bitterness O: Good drinkability. A bit too sweet I would say. But still an easygoing beer :) [ BA Review @ 12/19/2012 ]

Całkiem niezłe miodowe piwo. Do Ciechana Miodowego mu jeszcze daleko ale i tak nie źle.

Clear golden beer with a foamy head with a pungent, fruity nose. Flavour has an initial shock of honey but it mellows after that, becoming a slightly milder variant on the Leffe blonde. It’s not really what I expected that that sugary-sweet hit up front but it’s very drinkable.

Bottle from Cora supermarket, Saint Malo, Brittany, France. Golden coloured with a sweet toffee and honey flavour followed by a sugary, sweet fruity finish.

75cl bottle. Clear gold lasting off white head. Some honey sweetness over a blond ale. Bit too sweet had it with curry so didn’t mind too much.

75cl bottled shared in a Leffe glass. Pours very reminiscent of Leffe Blonde with a dark straw colour and white frothy head. Aroma is sweet and fragrant. Taste is Leffe blonde with added flavours - very one dimensional. Honey tastes added rather than crafted. The field flowers which are described on the label are either absent or forced to take a back seat to the honey. Still has the cereal-like graininess that Leffe Blonde has.

A beautiful head which laces nicely. The aroma is somewhat musty. Overpowering honey additions after pasteurisation make this an unnaturally sweet honey ale. The result is a sticky beer which borders on the alco pop. Interesting nevertheless.

Another exploitation of the Leffe brand, this one since 2013, a honey beer with thick, snow white, stable head and bright golden blonde colour with calm sparkling. Aroma strongly attacking with sweet industrial honey, next to more subtle impressions of banana, corn, plastic, straw, iron, cider, soap and cooked cauliflower. Sugary sweet onset, artificially honeyish, almost lemonade-like, with some late and brief leafy hops in the finish; the added honey, however, dominates the palate and sticks in the end. Apparently AB InBev missed the point here and failed to understand that you do not necessarily have to taste lots of honey in a Belgian honey beer...
