bottle, courtesy of jaghana. Clear golden colour, large white hea,d aroma of honey. Malty base with some honey flavours with an artificial touch. Not as good as some Polish honey beers I’ve tasted, but not too bad, either.

Bottled 250ml. -Yellow/golden coloured, small to medium sized white head, honeyish herbal nose. Sweet malty and pretty artificial honey taste with heavy sweetness in the finish. Good it’s only 250ml.

Bottle @ home thanks to my uncle. Clear yellow-orange-golden color, full sized long lasting thick white head. Smell and taste malts, sweetness, lots and lots of honey. Very soft velvety mouthfeel, low to medium carbonation. Too sweet for my liking but otherwise nice.

jaghana (2830) - Strasbourg (France), FRANCE - JUN 5, 2012
Bottle 25cl, a golden beer with medium head. Nose is on honey, aroma is malty, lot of honey notes, yeast lake and biscuit notes, dry grapes touch. Quite sweet, honey notes are more on honey sweets (artificial) than usual honey. Not bad but not great.

Bottle at ZBF’12, Leuven: Copper coloured brew with an great but slightly overwhelming honey smell and taste. AB Inbev abbeybrew especially for the France market, but debute on this beerfestival.

Golden and totally clear. Good honey aroma. Taste isn’t as good, starts apple-y but with an aspartame aftertaste that really annoys me. Sticky end. Started out well, very disappointing end. (At Dean’s Birthday Tasting)
