Flaska inköpt i Holländsk speceriaffär (dessutom en liten ordinär- men vilket ölsortiment!) enormt mild och Ken öl, inte mycket kolsyra men mustig och komplex med en massa smak som jag inte klarar att identifiera !

Pours a deep amber color with a good off-white head that fades slowly to some lacing. Aroma of dark fruit with a bit of malt sweetness and spice. Taste has an initial crisp nip then some dark fruit and spice with some malt sweetness in the background. A distinct bitterness and a dry finish. Moderate body, crisp with a nice smooth texture. No real hint of the 8.5% ABV. Well balanced. Nice beer for the style.

murky brown with short thin head. sweet and malty aroma has Belgian yeast, dark ripe fruits. Malty flavor, sweet, medium body, long malty finish, mild carbonation. Really malty and sweet, tasty, fruity, nuanced.

Boa Belgium Strong Ale da Leffe, breja da gigante InBev. Potente, cor vermelho-escura, aroma intenso, frutado. No paladar desse bastante alcoólica, com boa carbonataçao, com notas fenolicas, pao e frutas secas. Condimentada. No fim, retrogosto duradouro e alcoólico.

Min bedre halvdel vil nok like den.

More of a wine or liqueur than a beer to me. It’s not a bad taste, it’s very fruity and sweet, not malty and hoppy. IT tastes like it should be poured over a sticky pudding. I can’t imagine people drinking this not as part of a meal. Or pudding.

complex aroma with floral hops, spices and lots of fruit... good thick body, high carbonisation, some alcohol... some smoke in the finish? the best leffe i know... a bit too sweet

Bottle at the Brussels Beer Cafe, Petaling Jaya. Poured a clear deep reddish brown with a bubbly broken white head. The aroma is fruity and of Belgian yeast. The flavour is sharp, crisp and bitter which hits the palate immediately along with a little red berry fruitiness. The Belgian yeast is also very evident in the palate and the aftertaste. This IS a good beer, but its not a huge personal favourite.

Bottle (notes from tasting session). Fruity aroma (of course), a bit mild.
Just a ittle bitter, with very soft malty flavors.Could certianly use a bit more hopping and a longer finish. Okay.
