0.33 bottle. clear brown liquid with soft, big and off-white head. aroma is sweet, with hints of raisin, honey and yeasts. taste is also sweet, pleasant, with dry fruits and redberries. final is dry and metallic. this leffe is quite easy to drink for a strong ale, a good beer but not impressive

Bottle. Dark red brown with thin to medium off white head. Little caramel, sweet finish, some bitterness. Reasonable but got an unrefined edge that turns me off. Like Shirley Two Shoes.

(Bottle, Monk’s Café Wallingatan, Stockholm, 15 Dec 2010) Reddish brown colour with frothy, beige head. Malty, slightly fruity taste with dark bread, caramel, dried fruit, red berries and hints of spices. Malty, fruity taste with notes of dark bread, brown sugar, caramel, raisins, prunes, blood orange and a slightly spicy finish with some sugary sweetness. More than medium body. A decent brew from InBev, but hardly daring and with some unmistakable mass production character.

Bottled, thanks Nightfall! Clear reddish brown, small head. Yeasty caramlel aroma with some cranberry tartness. Sweet and fruity. Raisiny and sugar. Medium bodied, not really firm. Slight notes of orange marmelade, some boiled vegetables in a finish with some spicy bitterness. A bit harsh and without real character.

4-dec-2010 33cl bottle at parents. Ruby beer with average beige head. Tastes very smooth, with light sweetness and fruity tones. Aftertaste is fine. Not really a special beer, but good anyway.

Pours ruby amber with minimal bubbly tanned head leaving some lacing. Aroma is sweet malts, berries and caramel. Full bodied crispy mouthfeel. Full bodied crisp mouthfeel. Sweet, malty, hoppy tart and fruity flavor with some notes of raisins. Acidy lean sweet palate, very nice. Finishes sweet caramel turning into great tart bitter longlived bite.
