Bottle 0,33ltr: One of the finest of Inbev, every big bad thing have something good. Amber looking brew, with fruity, caramel taste.

Flaske. Flot mørk ravfarvet øl. Intet bundfald men en kraftig duft af malt. Smagen er frugtig maltet på en særdeles fyldig måde. Virkelig flot øl, med et strejf af kanel til sidst i smagen.

UPDATED: APR 29, 2004 Red-brown coloured, medium head. Fruity and malty aroma. Flavours of fruits, roasted malts and some port. Fantastic bitter, warming and long-lasting finish. Gets better when warming up. Re-rate: Bottled a few years old. Very nice aroma, but the flavour and especially the finish is not as good as i remember. Bad bottle or doesn't this age very well?

33cl bottle at L’Autre Oeil. Amber with a medium head. Aroma is prunes and dry fruits. Taste is like aroma with notes of cherries. Very nice beer. Rating #59

Pours out a really interesting color of ruby red hued brown with a rather small head. The aroma is fruity with some alcohol. The taste is sweet with some nice fruity notes and a decently masked alcohol content with a somewhat bitter finish.

Bottle. Pours a clear amber body with a small, white head. Aroma is very weak, with only small hints of caramel and wood. Taste is caramel, English ale yeast and faint tones of honey melon. A fairly decent "Speciale Belge" from Leffe, but not a favorite by far.

JensenTaster (1717) - DENMARK - MAR 28, 2005
(on bottle) ´bit more spicy than the other leffe. Dark amber brown, with e reddish tone. Much fruit and spices in the nose, less in the flavour. Ends a tad paper-ish.
