Mahogany, nice head and lace. The aroma has notes of coriander and the mouthfeel is smooth. The flavour is sweetish but nicely balanced by spices. It’s rather complex and the finish has a nice citrussy bitterness.

Raisin and apple in the aroma. Sweet taste with alcohol and a slight sourness. Vinous and raisinny. Some roasted malt. Almost woody aftertaste.

Bottled, Pasteurised. Copper coloured, quite fizzy, chunky white head. This is a spicy, fruity confection, almost like a belgian chocolate. Promises much but short on delivery, the alcohol is everything in the end.

(bottle) dark red-brown colour with a creamy off white head. Aroma is a well blended combination of cherry fruits and cramellish malts. Bittersweet flavour. Slight roastmalty taste with a smooth vinous touch and a lasting spicy (cinnamon) dry finish.
