Bottle. A strong malty aroma, some bread and light alcoholic (red wine). The head is medium large, dark white and creamy with a normal duration, the body is dark red. The taste is very malty, light bitter, some chocolate. The body is medium strong, very creamy light oily with a normal carbonation.

Flaske. Flot mørk ravfarvet øl. Intet bundfald men en kraftig duft af malt. Smagen er frugtig maltet på en særdeles fyldig måde. Virkelig flot øl, med et strejf af kanel til sidst i smagen.

33cl bottle poured into a Leffe chalice. Sparkling amber brown with two fingers off-white head. Aroma is biscuit, candy sugar, spices. Flavor has notes of cherries, caramel, biscuit, slight alcohol. Very nice. Finish is slightly bitter. Enjoyable beer.

Bottle. Pours a reddish amber with a beige head that quickly dissipates to a ring around the top. Aroma not that strong but nice; notes of toffee, honey and berries. These are also the main elements of the flavour with added brown sugar, cherries and a hint of alcohol. Medium bodied with a slick mouthfeel and a little sourness on the finish. More well rounded than I remembered and overall very nice.
