Fruity yeasty apple aroma. Amber color. Spicy, malty bitter but light on the palate. The alcohol is definitely present. A little watery. Not the worst Belgium but no way near the best.

Dream beer! Loved it. Beautiful dark brown / ruby colour but with crystal clarity if you hold it to the light. Aroma was gentle, malt, crystal malt, banana esters, very slight clove background. Huge malt pushed the Belgian yeast characteristics in to balanced background features. Great heavy palate was in balance with the alcohol and big malt.

Pours a clear dark copper colour with an off white frothy head that holds. Good carbonation is visible. Strong malty aroma. Malt flavour with hints of cherry. Alcohol content is well contained.

Bottle, 0.33l. Hazy amber brown color with medium creamy tan-like head and sparkling appearance. Aroma of yeast, ripe fruits, caramel and alcohol. Taste starts with moderate sweet toasted malt, following is sour yeasty and fruity with warming alcoholic mouthfeel and very light bitter finish. Medium to full body, thick texture and lively carbonation in palate. Strong, bold and good...

Bue en bouteille de 33cl. Couleur ambrée. Nez aromatique légèrement houblonné. Palais moins sucré que les autres bières Leffe, malté et doucement houblonné. Équilibre correct. Assez complexe. Finale amère assez longue.

This is a great beer. It is maybe even better than the original Leffe blond!

Aroma: ripe fruit, succade, caramel. Taste is sweet with very light bitterness and very light sourness. Flavour has quince jam, succades, some spices. Some warming spicy alcohol in the aftertaste Very good for industrial beer.

Tap. Large creamy off-white head, quite persistent leaving a nice lacing. Weak aroma. Fruity taste with prune and caramel notes and toasted malt. Bitter sweetness finish. Low carbonation and sweet and bitter aftertaste. Right and tasteful.
