Aroma: fruity, caramel, sweet, deep malt, yeast.
Appearance: caramel-amber color, clear, thick off-white creamy head with tons of tiny bubbles, great persistence.
Taste: medium sweetness, light bitter, very light sour. Deep Malt flavors.
Palate: medium body, oily, average carbonation, short sweet finish with a little of bitterness.
Overall: nice color and head, good caramel, malty flavor. Alcohol is hard to perceive, but it has 8.5%. A little different beer.
